Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Payment Plans

Automobile Policies:
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is available to our customers who have Travelers of Massachusetts Automobile Policies. Single vehicle policies are required to have a Safe Driver Insurance Plan (SDIP) point rating of 99, 98, 01, 02, 03, or 04 only. EFT is not available for single vehicle policies with SDIP point rating of 05 or higher.

All multiple vehicle policies are eligible for this program.

Information About Our Automobile EFT Payment Plan:

• Deductions are taken either on the 1^st or the 15^th of each month.
• In the event that the 1^st or the 15^th falls on a weekend or holiday your deduction will be taken on the next available business day.
• You are sent a deduction notice each month.
• There are a total of up to ten (10) monthly deductions.
• The EFT Authorization Form must be fully completed and signed by the account holder and given to your Travelers of Massachusetts Agent.

Homeowners Policies:
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is available for all Travelers Homeowners Policy.

Information About Our Homeowners EFT Payment Plan:

• Choose your monthly deduction date from the 1^st thru the 28^th.
• There are a total of twelve (12) monthly deductions.
• The Travelers EFT authorization form must be fully completed and signed by the account holder.

CheckFree

Online Bill Payment and E-Bill Presentment:
CheckFree is an electronic on-line payment and electronic bill presentment program for Travelers of Massachusetts automobile policy holders.

This service is free.

By signing up for this service you enjoy the flexibility to pay your automobile statement using your checking account or money market account and receive your automobile statements on-line!

You will need the following information to enroll:

• Your 13-digit policy number.
• Primary account holder's date of birth.

Home Banking

To see if Home Banking is available to you, contact the bank where you currently have a checking or savings account. Typically, banks are offering on-line banking capabilities from their web sites. After setting up your account with your bank you can make payments.
