Our headquarters, management team and employees are located in Massachusetts, so we're easily accessible and knowledgeable about the state's changing marketplace. At the same time, we can access the considerable resources of Travelers, the company that issued the very first auto insurance policy, right here in Westfield, Massachusetts.
